Just because it's raining over every inch of CT that I'd be driving through, I've decided not to go to the show tonight.

I'm probably going to regret it for the next N years until they come back to the east coast, but I'll survive.

... Unless someone steps up to drive with me in the next 10-15m?

I have to agree, go. I just ran a barbeque grill in this thunderstorm and the burgers were quite tasty.

i was driving north thru CT saturday evening, and yeah, it was pretty suckful. it wasn't quite as bad as the "oh my god, i have to pull over or i'll DIE" rainstorm i hit once driving north on I-5, but it was definitely bad.
