jbsegal...the lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying "Temporarily Closed".
And we'd never heard of a restaurant being closed for lunch, and with tears in our eyes we walked off into the cold winds looking for another place to eat our lunch."
That was really annoying. Tried to eat lunch at the new Pho place near Kendall and they were closed. As near as we could tell - they don't speak very good english and we were cold - they just didn't buy enough food...
