As I sit here in traffic trying to get home after the fireworks, I just thought I'd take this opportunity to complain that, after FINALLY being called for jury duty for th first time in my life - something I've been waiting for forever - I got a postcard the other day /cancelling/ it. WTF? I know that wanting to serve makes me weird, but THEY didn't know that.
{sigh} someday.
