Passover: Day -0.5
Apr. 16th, 2003 03:13 pm3 batches of soup combined...and suddenly it's good.
The 3rd batch had a 5 hour simmer...must do that again.
A quintuple batch of matzah balls - 20 eggs, 10T chicken fat, 2.5c soup, 5c matzah meal, ginger, parsley, salt, pepper - mixed and chilling.
The sauteed veg for the dinner cassarole are done, as is another angel food cake, and all the other veg for the cassarole are peeled/chopped. (Not me)
Eggs are boiling.
I'll rebalance the haroset later.
There are certainly things that I didn't do that I'm not remembering right now.
