jbsegal2 pots of soup on the stove, 2.5 chickens, 18c water in one, 1.5 chickens, 13c water in the other. Yeah, it shoulda been 10.8 for consistancy. I'll deal.
4 more chickens and all the appropriate veg. in the fridge. Big pots arriving tomorrow.
So that'll work out to about....60c - 3.75g...hm. Considering how much I lose to reduction and how much goes into the matzah balls...I think I'll be picking up some more chickens tomorrow...
(I think I tend to reduce by at least 1/3...yeah, I like my chicken soup rich)
