Passover, day -3

2 pots of soup on the stove, 2.5 chickens, 18c water in one, 1.5 chickens, 13c water in the other. Yeah, it shoulda been 10.8 for consistancy. I'll deal.

4 more chickens and all the appropriate veg. in the fridge. Big pots arriving tomorrow.

So that'll work out to about....60c - 3.75g...hm. Considering how much I lose to reduction and how much goes into the matzah balls...I think I'll be picking up some more chickens tomorrow...

(I think I tend to reduce by at least 1/3...yeah, I like my chicken soup rich)

um, do you guys need any help? i know sometimes it's nice to entertain so fully your guests don't have to do a damn thing, but please let me know if you would like someone to take up slack. especially given the proximity of my kitchen to yours. :)

You know, I'd offer to try to seduce you with it, but somehow I almost never manage to make any any other time of the year.

I keep meaning to...but I'm so used to making 8-12 chickens of soup that I can't work my head around making only one or 2.

But damn, it IS good. :)
