Moderate sleep apnaea.

209 events in the course of their monitoring. Considering how little sleep I /thought/ I got that seems immoderate, but Igor looks at a lot more of this sort of data than I do...

I go back on Weds night, Aug 20, for a CPAP titration...

Maybe I'll get to sleep better soon.

Did they mention the length of the events?

I've read a lot about this due to research into breathplay. I'm really glad you've got a diagnosis now and will be receiving proper treatment.

The only time I like people having their breath taken away is when I'm the one doing it! hehe

From my posting to The List I got a reply from Bridget:
Well a Friend of Alex & I, didn't have it. she just snores. and two of my cousins also "passed". one had a deviated septum and the other severe allergies.
