So, I've got this pair of pants. Hunt Club chinos. Perfect condition. Never worn for more than 10m at a time.

Size 42x(32,30)

Yes. The legs are 2 different lengths.

Oy. I hate the idea of just destroying them, but they're pretty useless to me.

I don't remember where I bought them, or if they're someone's house brand or what.

What should I do with them?

if you remembered where you bought them, i'd say take them back and complain

Post them on Freecycle, stating the legs are different lengths, and the recipient will have to hem one leg.

Are they only useless to you because the legs are different lengths? That's not hard to correct if 30" is the right length, and not impossible, even, if 31 is the right length.

Otherwise, Freecycle or Craig's List them.

They could be the foundation of an interesting Halloween costume for next year.

has to have all of his pants shorten to a 29. If you do not take them back. some one at the local MD lumfis can use the.

Make on of the legs shorter? Like with scissors or maybe some kind of saw?

I'm clearly a master of the textile arts.

The most efficient way, I think, would be to use a cutting torch.
