Alchohol is a solvent for ink. Hairspray, or straight-up vodka or gin or grain or somesuch on the stain, cold water wash with extra detergent, alone so there's plenty of water to carry the stain.
Probably won't get it all out, but more than you'd think. Moste important, don't dry until stain as gone as you can get it. Once through the dryer, usually still somewhat removeable.
