jbsegalA) AC Repair places that make service appointments 20 days in advance and then /FORGET/ - or claim to - that they ever did such things.
They say they'll be here NEXT Saturday. Bastards.
B) Having to split your stuff when packing, half for storage, half to move in with you for the next year. It more than doubles the packing time.
C) Having to do so when it's 94+degrees out and you have AC ONLY in the Living Room, thanks to A.
