Needed in Boston: Dell Laptop and/or Dock

jbsegalSo one of our laptops - a Dell Inspiron 3500 - has decided that it doesn't want to boot anymore - no POST, no screen display at all, no nothing, except that the power light and the disk light will come on and stay on, and the fan will spin up and then spin down. That's it.
We have data on that machine we need off soon.
We have another one of these machines around to try, except it has a broken power switch.
SO: we need to borrow, asap, either or both of: A Dell Inspiron 3500 (or a machine that will take a hard drive out of one - I don't know if Dell went totally connector-conspiricy or not) and/or a full dock (must have a power switch on the dock - the "Port Replicator III" doesn't have a power switch).
Please let me know if you have one of these things around here (Boston). (Or if you have any idea what the heque's going on....)
