That was really annoying. Tried to eat lunch at the new Pho place near Kendall and they were closed. As near as we could tell - they don't speak very good english and we were cold - they just didn't buy enough food...

They seem to have a serious general competence dilemma going on there. Which is a shame, since when they actually get the food to your table, it's generally really yummy (even when you find labels in your food, evidently)...

I hope they get it straightened out after not too long :-/

sadly, I'm continuing to be unimpressed with their service..

which is unfortunate, because the food is pretty damned good.
