jbsegal20min on hold (listening to insipid soft jazz, btw) to get an RMA created.
(That doesn't count the time until they (Dell) got to the point of saying "Ok, we'll generate an RMA".)
And I seem to be on hold to India, and the phone lines/satellite links are very noisy today...so it's DISTORTED insipid soft jazz, at that.
