So, my cell bill was overdue.

Tmobile SMS'd me 2x and called me once to remind me.

Yesterday I finally paid them.

My phone just rang.

It was TMobile.

They were calling to thank me for my payment and tell me I was up to date.

Go, them.

On the other side of the coin, Sprint just cut me off for the second time in a month because they applied my payments to an account that shouldn't exist, and have repeatedly told me that account was closed.

And did they call you on your cell phone during standard billing hours? Thus, charging _you_ for the curtsy?
