I've used it but only as a client, not from the admin side. I can tell you right now that the big problem I see with TWiki is that there's no convenient way to edit large topics, and never mind that they're supposed to be small. If I want to collaboratively edit a project breakdown that spans a hundred lines, I don't want to put people through editing in those dinky text boxes.
What do you want to know? I recently installed it and have been happy with it; it's much more featureful than other Wiki I've used. The revision control and edit control are particularly important to me, and the wealth of plug-ins is very nifty.
Let's start with the amazingly stupid: I can't find a login box. I've created a user, but I can't find a way to BE that user.
Ok...now I find the TWikiUserAuthentication topic...this probably covers everything I need. .htaccess, of course. I was expecting something that I edited in the wiki to change things in real-ish time... I'll ping you with the next thing that comes up. :)
