More dead musicians...

jbsegalWhat the heque's going on in the local music-going community that noone I know went to the Celtic Fiddle Festival and thus could have told me earlier of the death of Johnny Cunningham?
I was introduced to Silly Wizard in HS (by a teacher I keep hoping will show up at Baitcon someday, actually) and had the great good fortune to get to see them 3 times (maybe 4?) before they broke up. I also got to see Relativity once or twice. Johnny was an AMAZING fiddler. I hadn't seen much of him in the past...10? years, but I'd heard talk of some problems and recovery from same. I was always happy know he was out there and that I'd get to see him again eventually.
<sigh>
