So, as Cheese Weasel day is on a Saturday this year, and as I didn't get around to figuring this out earlier, I hereby declare:

As Cheese Weasel Day is a holiday important to all, but especially important to those high-technology workers who have keyboards at their workplaces to receive the Weasel's bounty,

and

As most high-technology workers are not AT their workplaces on Saturday and Sunday,

It is declared that when Cheese Weasel day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall be observed, instead, on either the preceding Friday (if it falls on a Saturday) or the following Monday (if it falls on a Sunday).

however

Given that these rules were not in affect before the Day in 2004, Cheese Weasel Day 2004 shall be observed on the following Monday.

Hmmm, and I was just assuming that all good tech workers would go in monday and find 2 day old cheese under their keyboards ^_^

I'll second this. Cheese Weasel Day is all about the cheese, not the timing. Besides, isn't American Pasteurized Processed Cheese Food about 90% preservatives?
