The positive replies came from TX, VA, NH, CA and MD. (Along with Arlington and Andover MA, but neither of them said 'yes')

Darn-in. This is the 2nd night in a row I've read your post too late. LiveJournal needs a) a way that people can tag posts as 'of immediate interest' and b) a way to forward certain tags to alternate media (such as SMS).
