LOVE Jeanette Winterson... but I wonder if this is the book that was panned.. is this the one she wrote as a teen fantasy/sci-fi novel? i.e. is this her "kids'" book? Are you reading this?
If you haven't read it, I think you would really enjoy "Gut Symmetries".
