Dominant hand usually, but if I'm doing anything else at the same time (like, say, browsing porn on the web), it's often easier to attend to myself with my non-dominant hand and let the dominant hand do other things.

I definitely prefer (and am much better at using) my dominant hand. But in a pinch, like if the position calls for it, I have the ability to use either.

I'm ambidextrous left-leading for most things (other than handwriting, but that's because my handwriting in general is terrible but on the left it's even more shitty, so I use my right), and I mostly use my right. I'm not sure where this fits in your poll.
