What prior art hammer? Prior art will stop you from getting a patent, or invalidate patents, but I see no sign that Hasbro is making any attempt to patent this.
Telephone pictionary is fun, and thanks to Hasbro, thousands of people who have never heard of it will hear of the game, play it, and have fun. Why isn't this a good thing?
This is also hardly a new thing. Many mass-market party games out there are simply packaging some pre-existing parlor game. Balderdash=Dictionary. Time's Up=Celebrities. Scattergories=Categories. Werewolf (many published versions, here)=Mafia. You can even buy boxed versions of Charades (God knows why).
