So... Let us assume that Neil Gaiman is wrong about the dada-ist
nature of this letter, and that there's actually there's a law-firm in California that is
claiming that by linking to
KillerTomatoes.com, I, or anyone else who so links is in violation
of Four Square Productions, Inc's trademark rights to 'Killer Tomatoes'.
I think they're smoking crack, and here is my link to that effect.
(The text of the link that Branfman claims to be in violation
reads "the official 'killer tomatoes' movie page" and is in the middle
of a page of other links.)
