I just added the following to my personal home page:

Cease and Desist-bait

So... Let us assume that Neil Gaiman is wrong about the dada-ist
nature of this letter, and that there's actually there's a law-firm in California that is
claiming that by linking to
KillerTomatoes.com, I, or anyone else who so links is in violation
of Four Square Productions, Inc's trademark rights to 'Killer Tomatoes'.

I think they're smoking crack, and here is my link to that effect.

(The text of the link that Branfman claims to be in violation
reads "the official 'killer tomatoes' movie page" and is in the middle
of a page of other links.)

I think the lawyers are objecting to the link between http://www.tomatoesareevil.com/ and http://www.killertomatoes.com/. It looks like they don't want people to think there's a connection between the two.

They probably have no objections to non-vegetable sites linking to their site.
