Tree cages?

Do you recognize these things?


They seem to be one form of a tree pit cage.

Cambridge has particularly nice (narrower - about 3' diameter) ones around Porter Sq.

What else might they be called?

Where might I get one?

They're called tree guards. Froogle will give you a bunch of sources, I've also seen them in Home Depot/Lowes type stores.

Well, I've seen them around some fairly good-sized trees, so person size should be doable... :)
